This is an exquisite hand-carved wooden mask. It's carved out from high quality Sono wood. Sono wood is naturally dark and its dense grain makes it very heavy and tough. As a result, Sono wood allow carvings of much more intricate than normal wood. Carefully and meticulously carved, it's absolutely beautiful. The carving is sharp and most detail.
This masterpiece is carved entirely from a half block of high quality sono wood instead of a wood plank, in order to maintain the carving's integrity and quality. A shiny clear dark brown stains that is polished smooth, further protects the mask.
